Read About How The 10 Minute Mind Changed The Life Of A Diplomat Chef

"My name is Kim Smit. Before I started The 10 Minute Mind I had a fantastic life. I was living the dream. I had moved to Holland and was working in Amsterdam in a very prestigious job as a personal chef to a high government official. I cooked for celebrities, royalty and representatives from governments all over the world. I had met the man I wanted to marry and life was looking almost perfect for me. Then I had a freak accident some years ago which left me unable to walk. I ended up in a wheelchair. This was just completely devastating. As you can imagine the accident completely changed my life. Surgery after surgery was needed. Year after year.  At the last count I’ve had 7 surgeries. I became very depressed. Very anxious. And I couldn’t get out of it. I didn’t know what to do. Life was not supposed to be like this. And I was desperate for a way out of this incredible unhappiness and stress that I was experiencing daily. And thenI discovered The 10 Minute Mind. I was a bit unsure if anything could really help me but I was prepared to give it a go. So I started. Day after day I practised with The 10 Minute Mind. And slowly but surely things began to change.  I starting working with her mind. I started seeing that my happiness didn’t exist outside of myself. I started becoming naturally more positive. And calm. And centred. All that had happened was that I had started working with my mind. And this changed how I was showing up in my day by working with The 10 Minute Mind. With this change in my life I was able to set a goal I had not imagined was even possible. My goal became to be able to walk down the aisle on my wedding day. That become my personal goal, my dream. And the incredible thing is that 6 months after starting The 10 Minute Mind I did it.” - Kim Smit, Amsterdam, Holland
