You can login To Your Affiliate Dashboard by clicking here.  Your login email and password are the same as you provided when joining The Monique Rhodes Online Affiliate Program.

The Affiliate Dashboard is very user friendly and provides information on your commission earnings, as well as access to settings for updating passwords or email information.

The Affiliate Dashboard

The Affiliate Dashboard shows an overview of your sales efforts:

 ·      Click: The overall click count from all of your Affiliate Links.

·      Form Submissions: The number of opt-ins tracked through your Affiliate Links.

·      Conversions: The number of purchases tracked through all of your Affiliate Links.

·      Conversion Rate: Overall clicks divided by overall conversions.

·      Share Links: This is your Affiliate Link.  Click “copy” and then paste your Affiliate Link into your online advertising, website, emails, and newsletters.

One of the most important items in our affiliate program is the unique Affiliate Link.  This link contains your unique affiliate code and is how we track your sales. The link contains a cookie that is valid for 30 days, so if your clients don’t subscribe immediately but instead come back a few days (or weeks) later, their transaction is still credited to you.

It is vitally important that you use your Affiliate Link when directing traffic to The 10 Minute Mind® website.

Reports

The Reports section generates a CSV report that can be opened in a number of spreadsheet programs (Excel, Numbers, etc.).  The report contains information on your sales activities.  The report contains information on the customer’s name, the item purchased, and the date and time of the purchase.

Settings

The Affiliate Settings allows you to change basic information such as your name, preferred email address, PayPal payment email address, and change your password.

Commission Tracking and Payment

Commission earnings may be calculated by using the report available in the Reports section in the Affiliate Dashboard.  Commissions are paid out through PayPal on the last day of every month to the PayPal email address that you provided when you joined the affiliate program.  You may update your PayPal payment email address in the Settings section of the Affiliate Dashboard.

Advertising Protocols:  When Promoting Any Of Monique’s Programs Through Advertising

We love that you will be promoting Monique’s incredible programs to your client list, through social media, newsletters, and on your website. Your Affiliate Link is your most important tool. Simply log in to the Affiliate Dashboard, locate your link immediately under “Your Personal The 10 Minute Mind® Affiliate Link,” or whichever program you are promoting. Click on “copy,”  and then paste your Affiliate Link in your marketing materials.  It is that easy.  The Affiliate Link has your tracking code, and it is that code that allows us to make sure you get paid for every single person that subscribes to the program you are promoting.

You may decide to promote one of Monique’s programs with ads, which is an awesome way to increase your affiliate sales. If you do, these are a few things that are helpful to remember:

·     Send the traffic directly to your website first

·     Feature your Affiliate Link prominently

·     Remember to advertise to your fans, your email subscribers, and website visitors

·     Create a landing page for general ads that are not targeting your fans, email subscribers, social media followers, or website visitors. That landing page will be even more powerful if it has information about you, your company, and your personal endorsement of Monique and her programs. And of course, always have your Affiliate Link on all of your landing pages. 

·     And an important thing to remember is to send any traffic that has not come via your website, email list or is a follower, to one of your landing pages first, before you send that person on to the program you are promoting.  

The most important thing to remember is to always use your Affiliate Link! We want to make sure we keep track of every single sale you make.
