3 Thought Thursday: September 27

By Monique Rhodes

Here is your weekly dose of three things that have impressed me during the week or that I am contemplating.

Our mission is to help the world become a happier, calmer, more peaceful place. If you would like to bring some peace to your organisation or one of your friends don't forget to tell them about The 10 Minute Mind.  Imagine if everyone at your work was using The 10 Minute Mind before they started their day...what a difference that could make!

What I have been reading -

I have found this book fascinating, "Lost Connections: Uncovering the Real Causes of Depression – and the Unexpected Solutions". If you or someone in your family or friends suffers from depression I think this book will be an important read.

My favourite article of the week -

"Welcome to College. Your Parents Are in the Tents Next Door." - I've always been fascinated by cultural differences. I wonder what some of our The 10 Minute Mind college and university students think of this article.

My favourite photo of the week -

Stop the cuteness! This photo was taken in Santiago, Chile this week and is of police officers marching with future police dogs during a parade celebrating Chile's 208th independence day.

Tell me what you think here

This week I am contemplating accepting the seasons and the warmth of the summer sun starting to leave...

Don't forget, if you have something that has touched or impressed you, send it on to me. I'm always looking to be blown away by the wonders of this world.

Enjoy!
