My favourite article of the week - 
Why eating less meat is the best thing you can do for the planet in 2019 - I haven't eaten meat for over 25 years now. I gave it up when I was young and immediately felt better for it. This is a fantastic article explaining quickly and clearly why eating meat is such an environmental problem. The best part is that there is a link to another article showing you how you can easily change your eating. I'm a big advocate that even if you can manage to eat meat one less day a week you are making a huge impact.
